I received a dirty carpet ,i emailed and tried contacting as soon as I received but no reply
iam extremely disapponted the the product, i recieved a damaged piece, despite trying to connect with you, i dint hear from you guys,
do not buy from these guys, they seem very unprofessonal.
I ordered 50mm but received 40mm grass carpet and after that nobody answers the calls or emails

Looks Good! You guys need to improve the tracking and customer support line as after placing the order I was not getting any emails and the delivery was late compared to the what you have mentioned on the website. Looks good! Quality product.
The product delivered was different in design than the pic, Also it seems to be second quality as on one side corner of the base is visible where the pile is not there.
